Their middle son Jack is an executive chef, and young son Charlie chooses the restaurant's wines.
A decoration is quite simple
The waiting staff are notably bright eyed and welcoming. Bring water, bread, and the menu very fast.
Butter was slicked with truffle, which surprised the author. Not everyone likes butter slicked with truffle but it was delicious to the author like he cannot explain.
The author went to the restaurant in november, so there were some seasonal meals.
Mainly seafood served.
The author liked the texture of foods.
He has a bad opinion about dover sole, because it doesn’t taste good even at its high price. He described it as inedible.
The author and his wife shared a pudding and had wine, which they both enjoyed.
He scored the restaurant as Food 3 out of 5, ambience 3 out of 5, and service 5 out of 5.
